Faire for Teams

Faire for Teams expanded Faire from one shared account per company into a role-based collaboration platform designed around how small and medium-sized businesses actually operate. I led the Brand Operations pod through field research, on-site visits, prototyping and usability testing, defining full, view-only and restricted permissions while establishing access-control requirements that every Faire product would adopt. The system enabled more employees to work securely in Faire without sharing credentials, improving collaboration, customer response times and fulfilment efficiency.
