Coinbase One Basic

Coinbase One Basic introduced a lower-cost entry point into Coinbase's membership portfolio. I shaped the plan architecture and acquisition strategy, then established an experimentation program across signup, upsell, comparison and upgrade surfaces. Continuous testing materially improved conversion and gave the team a scalable model for moving members between tiers.
